I buy cars frequently (bought 2 this year for myself and have helped others buy 2 this year) so I have a good amount of experience and other dealerships to compare to. The good: The salesperson I worked with was excellent in terms of knowledge and relatively quick with follow-up. Justin Scholl helped me out so much and got me in my dream car! Everyone was so kind and pleasant to work with.
Not a great experience, besides the hours wasted at dealership. I was not happy about the fact that the car I was purchasing only had one key fob (with today's keyless entry and start it is irresponsible to sell a vehicle with only 1 fob) I could not get them to provide another and when I tried to explain that to the customer service person that called the next day I was hung up on and and didn't receive another call.
