For going on 20 years I've always received great service from the folks at Husker Autogroup. My recent service experience was no different and the reason I bought my last two new vehicles from them and my used vehicles before that. I have no reason to seek auto care from any other dealership and I will continue to take my vehicle to Husker Auto for my service needs.
I took my car in for service due to the check engine light coming on. The reportedly fixed the issue; which was related to a recall. Exactly one week later the check engine light came back on. The app says that the car is good, but the car doesn't agree. I have to travel for work tomorrow morning and now I'm super anxious about something happening.
They have one scheduling system of Three shops. You schedule with one and system get you scheduled with another one. Then you get email stated that appointment needs to get rescheduled with no explanation why . Then schedule it again since you get messages that needs to get rescheduled.i did it again and come to my appointment which I showed to clerk .
