I have not had a good experience with the repair group that Husker Auto group uses. They have not kept us informed on the status of our Jeep that I bought three weeks ago. The only way we got any information was to show up in person.We feel like we are not appreciated and getting the respect that a customer deserves. Left a feedback about how my fiancee and i were treated by the used sales and was told to give them a call about how I had to replace the rotors and how we were treated and on top of it i found photos from the previous owner that I would like to give back called the dealership kept getting passed around landed on someone who told me "wasn't their problem and deal with the problems of the truck and throw the photos away" and hung up on me. I returned to this dealership because their customer service has always been top-notch. All of my questions and inquiries were answered promptly and professionally. Drew went above and beyond, just as he has in the past, and I know Larry did me a solid as well. Had to bring my car back again to be fixed after it was not fixed the first time and had to argue about it for 3 weeks before they would agree to fix it for $100 rather than $2600. My car is still broken and I have to take it to another shop because I will never trust Husker Auto with a vehicle again. It has remained broken since the first time I brought it in
Scott was great to work with from start to finish of our new vehicle purchase. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Larry was a huge help in locating the car that my wife wanted and is very professional and very helpful.
