Bought a truck with a bad bumper and tailgate that all needed fixed and was not going to purchase the vehicle with out them fixing it and through the sale and financing processes they tried multiple and multiple time to let it slip through the crack and not let it get fixed. Not so good for used cars I found a 2002 BMW 330ci on the internet that had just been taken in by your dealership a few weeks ago. I contacted a sales person named Tanner Finkhouse and discussed this car with him. It had just been brought in and pictures or cleaning hadnt even been done on it. Don't forget Women Make decisions! Very large dealership with lots of options. Sales people were a little pushy and didn't want to work with me (a woman), but kept talking to my husband. Once the sales person realized that I was making the decision and that I was getting upset, he changed gears.
