I treated myself to a facial, which I haven't had in years. Sophea was very nice, however I was not pleased. Several applications of goopy creams which were washed off immediately. Massaging my face was fast and not relaxing. The arms and shins massage, even though an extra treat, was fast and rough. My scalp massage actually hurt; a scalp massage cannot be done dry. I recently just went to get my eyelashes done here. They only do classic eyelashes, I wasn’t fully aware of this but I knew that was probably the case because their booking didn’t have options. during the appointment there were no issues expect for pulling and tugging at my eyelashes I didn’t ask any questions but this never happened to me before at previous lash technicians. after the appointment she briefly allowed me to view in the mirror but took the mirror abruptly.
