La recepcionista es pesima tiene muy mala actitud es mi segunda vez ahi y las 2 veces su actitud es la misma , el Dr Jonathan es muy bueno y la enfermera que me atendio adentro tambn muy buena y muy amable solo esa señora le falta ser mas profecional para atender a los pacientes. Pensaba cambiar a mis otros 2 hijos ahi pero no quiero estar lidiando con esa señora difinitivamente me voy a cambiar de clinica solo por ella. Genoveva le falta ser mas humilde y amable con los pacientes es muy arrogante la señora.
While I love the staff and providers at the actual physical locations, the company that the Hurtt Family Clinic uses to schedule appointments and answer the phones is abysmal. It took me three days to get a hold of anybody after calling five times, being on hold, and leaving three messages on their voicemail. Also, they tend to schedule me to go to the wrong office locations. I am not wanting to be giving negative feedback, however I see the other reviews and the similar actions of the front desk being the same way as myself today!! 1 star is not for the service of treatment, no didn't make my first time appointment for the 3 things that I was definitely in a need for primary care, however I was not able to get the name of the lady after I had waited prior to leave the voice message, so I called back about 2 hrs later, and I was not rude, I was just waiting for the assistance to make appointment,... read more
So hours online say you're open i even called before showing up to grab some paper work needed and the sign on the door says closed for lunch.... I will be finding a different doctor's office that won't waste my valuable time. I wasn't even told I needed to fast for the lab i had to do today. So again I wasted my time going to the lab. Horrible communication wasting my time
They never answer the phones in under 20 minutes or so wait time. And they don't return calls if you leave a voicemail nor do receptionists call back when they say they will. GO ELSEWHERE. Worst doctor's office (if it can be called that) ever. The PA also referred me elsewhere when she could have handled the procedure herself per the person she actually referred me to. Too many strikes.
