I attended this practice a couple of years ago and had poor experiences with Dr. Ramanee Sermaran and Dr. Meherun Nessa. After reading the reviews about these 2 doctors I think I should have a say as it seems I am not the only one who had negative experiences with them With Dr. Ramanee, I raised concerns about involuntary head shakes, which later turned out to be cervical dystonia. He was rude and dismissed my symptoms, refused to refer me to a neurologist, and told me it would cost a lot of money and “be for nothing.” Over ... read more
I share the experiences that other reviewers have left generally in delays and attitude. ALL a bit woeful overall My experience left much to be desired. CLINICAL SETTING Firstly the overall appearance of the Clinic leaves a lot to be desired -- as it looks like it needs professional cleaning top to bottom. There are not many Medical Practices that bulk bill anymore. Yes it is busy and yes you may have to wait. But the Doctors are great!
