I had surgery at this hospital, last week. Stayed 3.5 days. The theatre drs and nurses were an all girl crew. They were wonderfu! Also, all the shift nurses on level 3 who cared for me between Friday to Monday were very caring along with the admission nurses.
I would not recommend this private hospital to anyone based on our experience.My wife was admitted to the hospital on 24 of June 2026 and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We found the duty manager was very rude, and the nursing staff were not helpful or supportive during our time there.Even some nurses don’t have curtesy and basic common sense for hygiene. I came & stayed here for two nights. The single room is quite spacious & a window nook is good for the family members to reset a bit. Food choices are abundant & tasted, but oily & salty. Not sure if they are best for recovery from the operation. Nurses are quite friendly but quality of service on each shift may vary. Different persons gave different advices. We had a fabulous experience. All the staff in the operating theatre and midwives were so patient, kind and reassuring, which was greatly appreciated as we were first time parents. Help was only a button away and we were always attended to promptly. A special big shout out to Angela, Kath and Bridget for going above and beyond and making us feel super cared for ☺️
