Stopped in one day to have the battery on my Movado replaced and I have to say it was the best customer service I received from any jewelry shop. I have been a customer since. Check out their William Henry collection, really neat men's jewelry, great designs.

They always went that extra mile to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted, and made sure that the costs stayed in line with our budget.
