Poor customer service! would not recommend to anyone shocked how horrible the treat patients!
My wife went in for a consult doctor with awesome staff was horrible with my wife being a cancer survivor she does need to be treated like crap on top of her trying to correct issues from her cancer!! I am also completely surprised how uncaring they were to our situation and unsupportive they are too military service members my wife simply needed a date and they wouldn't even give that to knowing the circumstances.
I made an appointment for a reconstruction consultation. I received a call from Tammy stating my appointment was cancelled. When I called her to find out why, she couldn't explain it very articulately so I took over. I explained that I had a consultation with another surgeon in their network and they submitted my procedure as "nose surgery" when it's breast reconstruction. I had told that surgeon that I would speak with my physician about getting the referral changed. That surgeon accused me of trying to be deceptive. Which ... read more
Dr Hurst is amazing! He has done an amazing job reconstructing my bottom lip after it was removed from skin cancer.
