These people are cheats. Arms and Cole was a good company. Hurst is not. They charged me an EXTRA $100 for routine maintenance because they decided to send someone from Kalkaska instead of TC. When I complained both over the phone and in writing, they told me that they did not care. DO NOT CALL these people for any reason.
