I was blown away by customer service at Hurst. I was in contact with Marisa, and she communicated completely over mail and phone to give me details, work within my budget, and give me any and all assistance I needed. She sent pictures of available rings, offered suggestions for different mount-and-diamond combinations, and helped me figure out their financing system with Progressive. I don't live in the area and Becky was such a great help to me with picking out a ring. She was always available to assist me, she even took pictures of different rings on her finger and e-mailed them to me. The one I ended up picking was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received.
