I joined 99BXNG on Sept 1, 2026 after spending 15 years struggling with my health. I honestly wasn't sure I could do it and keep up. I was so encouraged when I met with Gerald and he explained that the classes are designed to meet people where they're at. Now, almost a year later, I can say that they truly do meet you where you're at. Each class has people of different ages and abilities. First time dropping in and I came for the new Muay Thai they have Saturday mornings. Can’t say enough good things. Great Muay Thai instructor, super fun , killer work out and great Muay Thai fundamentals. Started off going between rounds of jump rope and skip knees on the heavy bags. From there we worked a couple combinations and built on them. Then the coaches held pads for us and had us drill another combo and flowed with us hitting pads. Thank you 99 boxing !
I've recently put my Grandson Hunter who is 16 for the trial classes. He loves it and he's joining! I want to thank all the coaches and friendly people we've met there! I highly recommend Engine Room Boxing 🥊 Gym!
