Brian was great! He came out on the 4th of July, no problem, assessed my system. Unfortunately I needed a new AC unit replaced. He came out the next morning on the 5th of July, which was a Friday he was supposed to be traveling to spend time on the lake with his family. He told me that he knew I had a party to host on Saturday so he had to get it done for us. This was the same day I canceled my Mcafee Comfort Club, because I will call Brian every time now.
I highly recommend Hurricane Heating & Air. Very professional, well priced, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our air went out during a heatwave. Brian Cook came out on a Friday evening, did what he could that night and by Monday morning. as promised, he was installing a new unit.
Most honest and helpful heating guy around. The first company that came out wanted to charge us over 500.00 for parts but said they temporarily fixed it but of course they didn't. My friend recommend we call here and we are glad we did. Heater is fixed and guess what we didn't need the parts the other company said we did.. Thank you for being honest and all the help.
Brian is amazing!! Out of the four estimates, we felt like hurricane/brian was the most knowledgeable and communicated our needs above all others. His work was great and our new furnace rocks!! Also, he's very trust worthy- one day he had to work without us being home and looked after/played with our fur babies.
Brian did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. He was great at communicating, got it installed quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable. I’ll never use another company.
