Went today and there are hardly any clean towels , the dirty has piled up and most of the glass and tire cleaner is empty. I pay for a monthly membership and usually am satisfied with the service but almost every lane to self clean is low on product leaving me unable to clean how I would have liked to. Hopefully next week is better
Hurricane Express is awesome! I had the pleasure of meeting Savannah at the St. Augustine location and she was very helpful and so sweet❤️ I was happy to be able to take advantage of the promotion that was being offered. Definitely recommend!
I love this car wash. Staff always courteous and helpful. Great wash and drying. Powerful vacuuming and the free cleaning products available for use are excellent. The membership has been well worth it, affordable and primary in keeping my 18 yr old car looking new! Plus, I enjoy the colorful ride through the wash. 🤣
Kaley was a breath of fresh air! It was my first time taking my car, and she happily guided me through the process, not making me feel rushed or incompetent, which I clearly was! Lol.. Thanks, Kaley for helping an older woman in a fast paced world. You made my day!!
The first time I went about a month ago it was fantastic. So I signed up for the monthly unlimited and went back yesterday. I had some slight issues that turned out to be a result of some heavy rain, but both the manager and the owner called to explain and make it right immediately. I am thoroughly impressed with their active and high level of customer service and feel like they really prioritize every single customer
