These guys are probably the best in customer service compared to any other business I've dealt with. I had way too many questions about storm panels, mounting, code requirements, and everything else. Not once did I hear a sigh, complaint, or get asked if I was stupid. They worked with me on what I needed, where to get it, and advice on how to cut and mount the panels/tracks. Their pricing blows Lowe's out of the water as well. Doing 4 windows on my home cost what Lowe's wanted for just the panels to cover one of my windows
As a DIY'er I was hesitant to buy on line products. I like to put my hands on the product. I search several company for price, quality, and service. I found all three plus a very positive experience. Sales people were friendly and informative. Some product arrive damaged. HD made it right within days. No problem. You can trust these guys!
