I found their prices were fair and had same day access to most sizes of storm panels. The owner Rick is super friendly and took the time to instruct me how to install my storm shutters on my own before I left. He had all the hardware necessary to do a professional level installation on my own. I would definitely use their services again.
Rick did an amazing job. Not the first time I've bought from him. It won't be the last. Perfect for a DIY like myself.

These guys are probably the best in customer service compared to any other business I've dealt with. I had way too many questions about storm panels, mounting, code requirements, and everything else. Not once did I hear a sigh, complaint, or get asked if I was stupid. They worked with me on what I needed, where to get it, and advice on how to cut and mount the panels/tracks. Their pricing blows Lowe's out of the water as well. Doing 4 windows on my home cost what Lowe's wanted for just the panels to cover one of my windows
