All were very professional! Waiting time was minimal. Clean office and surroundings. Hygienist was professional, concerned about my comfort and she took the time to be cautious around sensitive areas. Dentist answered all questions asked to my satisfaction. All were courteous, helpful and helped to keep me calm. Thank you always and have a wonderful holiday season!
While I appreciate being worked in on an urgent basis, in being a former dental assistant, I was very disappointed in being released after the extraction to have to continue eating soup .. for the duration before my next appointment 10 days later. Why? Because I was informed my gold crown on identical tooth on opposite side had come off....lost. No courtesey nor sensitivity of putting on a temporary 'tin can' crown for my comfort was extended. I was here visiting and hiking in this beautiful area and had a severe painful dental issue, damaged teeth on both sides. I could barely think. I was about a thousand miles from home, Already past my $1,000 insurance limit this year, and I was hurting. Hurricane dental fit me in reasonably quickly, treated me very well, answered all my winded but good technical engineering questions and did it all for an honest fair price! I love Hurricane Dental Group. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can feel the pride and joy throughout the office. Their work is immaculate and their attention to detail is apparent. Thank you for being the best dentist office I have ever worked with.
Have aways received comprehensive dental care in your office! If Bobbi ever retires my teeth will probably get pretty bad and may even fall out ---she is awesome!
Friendly and efficient is always nice, but thorough and professional leaves me confident every time that this dentist and his staff KNOW what they are doing. Couldn't be a better choice for dental care which is so important!
