The wash is fine but the vacuums won’t even pick up a hair or a single Cheerio....I’ll come back if they fix it. I tried 4 separate vacuums none had pressure...this is second time... so they must think they are adequate but they aren’t at all.
I agree with Jesse Dreiling. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. After owning my nice car for less than a month, my grandson & I took it to Hurricane Alley. Once I got home I noticed the antenna was gone. I've called them 2 different times, explained the situation & left my phone number. I just wanted the antenna back & maybe I could possibly fix it. The dude washing in the beginning acts like he hates life and hates his job. I just spent $14 to wash my car and all I can say is it looks ok. He literally looked at me said “let’s go” and “come on” barely got the car wet with the wand. Not pleased at all with this place. Business elsewhere for sure!
The carwash attendant is incredibly rude and acts completely put out to have to do his job.
This has become the worst car wash in town. Vacuums never work. This used to be so nice.
The guy took the extra time to really blast the mud off my truck.
The entrance gate came down and scratched the back of my truck as I was waiting in line. I talked to the guy working there right after it happened. He only blamed me. I literally couldn’t pull up any farther because of the line. I left my contact info and big surprise, no one contacted me. The manager is impossible to track down.
I paid for the top wash, $16. First it wouldn’t take cash so I had to use my card thus charging me an additional $1.61 in tax. I was not pleased with the wash as my back was still dusty dirty. I knock on the door several times before someone decides to come answer. (I can see you in there and know you saw me) You have me go through again, great!
