I canceled my subscription months ago. And was just charged for a month. Of course you cannot reach anyone to find out what is going on.
Mom and dad and I think they are an awesome and cool looking Car Wash facility...we see them on our way going to Wal Mart!! Nice Facebook page!!! Haven't been through yet, but looks awesome and cool!!!💙💙💙
This place caused $3000 damage to my brand new SUV (cracked the windshield and scratched the hell out the hood and the front of the roof). Thankfully my insurance covered it (minus the $500 deductible I had to pay). Now my insurance company is trying to find out who their insurance company is, so they can get them to pay for the damage and get my $500 deductible back! And their phone just happens to be disconnected...how about that. The body shop that I went to said that customers from Hurricane Alley come there all the time... read more
why does the guy washing cars at beginning still have a job? lol
Extremely rude old man works there and insults and yells at customers for no good reason.
We just went here and for an 11 dollar car wash the old man helping banged hard on my car window woke my child scared my 5 year old to the point of tears and called us illiterate.. never ever will spend my money here again.
RecommendedHurricane Alley was the best car wash in town when it opened, but has not been well maintained. Only about half the vacuums move a sufficient amount of air to vacuum car interiors. The exit lights at the end of the wash no longer work and my car occasionally gets stuck somewhere along the tracks. To remain competitive with the new washes going in, the owner will have to invest some of his money returning all his equipment to good, working order.
Very awesome and fantastic cool Car Wash, and I love their awesome Facebook page!!! Glad to have them here in Lawrence!!! I give them good review!!!
