Huron Valley Ambulance Camp 911 will be held both days from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm at Huron Valley Ambulance, 1200 State Circle, Ann Arbor. Camp 911 is a FREE 2-day camp for 8 to 12 year olds. Campers learn CPR and first aid, tour an ambulance, and visit a local emergency room. Our family had a great time. We enjoyed talking with each person in education, Dispatch, garage, etc. The online EMT class caught my eye as an EMR for a local fire department I want to increase my medical level and this might be the best way to do it. Also glad to help out the EMT students who were there. I plan to send a formal thank you letter.
Being dispatched to every scene, don't explain that they charge $5000 for a simple transport! They're here to serve the our community not rip us off! Garnish people's wages b4 they recover. No calls for payments arrangements either! BTW just blood pressure monitoring!
