convenient, but old This rental building looks like an old hotel, especially when you are in the hallway. The air-conditioner is not good. Very noisy but not efficient. During the winter, the gas is not very good, either. The swimming pool is small and only open during summer time. The weigh room might be the only pros. Walking distance to University and bus stop.

Close to campus. Good management. The huron towers are two big buildings near north campus of University of Michigan. You can walk to architecture building in 5 minutes, and walk to engineering buildings in 10 minutes. Very convenient location. The management is good, except for the manager's attitudes (she doesn't seem friendly enough to residents) very cool fitnress center and grocery store on the first floor for the convenience of the residents.

Not worth the price. Inconviently located; at least a 45m walk to central campus and even further to downtown Ann Arbor. The "free" internet is not reliable and management does not respond to questions about when it will be fixed or running again. The deli and grocery store within are overpriced. A vitamin water is $2!! There is an old, tall, blond lady staff who frequently gardens around with a permanent scowl and acts disdainfully to tenants. Rent is over-priced for the current condition of the building if you are looking ... read more

Too expensive This apartment is one of the highest priced apartments. The location of it is not good at all. No grocery store close to it. My friends told me that they had some burglaries this year in HURON TOWER. The only up side of HURON TOWER is that it is very close to the soccer field.

Great place to live in A2 Not sure about the other reviewers that have posted on here but Huron Towers has been a great place to live for the past 2 years. I had some doubts reading the on-line reviews when I was looking to move to Ann Arbor, but was very glad I stopped by and took a look. The building location is GREAT. Right on the river with direct access to the trails, sport fields and the arboretum.... this is premium. All of my friends drive here and park in our lot to utilize the access to the parks. Grocery and resta... read more
