I’ve lived at Huron River Apartments, managed by Epic Property, for several years, and unfortunately my experience has become increasingly disappointing. Rent continues to increase, yet I have not seen any updates or renovations to our apartment during the entire time we’ve lived here. Huron River apartments: Never had a worse experience renting in my life. Completely unprofessional and they clearly can't keep a manager for very long considering there's been at least 4 in the past year. Each not really seeming to know much about their job AT ALL. For starters, they did not have the unit cleaned. The carpets weren't even vacuumed and I had to rent a carpet cleaner from Lowe's and do it myself. This place is so unmaintained!! it was so bad I felt the need to clean the woods in the back because it was so trashy. I filled up 3 big trash bags worth of trash. I hear people speeding out of there and I see trash everywhere. These apartments are devastating to the nice area its in. Try to avoid if you don't want to deal with drama and sirens a bunch.
