This place is so unmaintained!! it was so bad I felt the need to clean the woods in the back because it was so trashy. I filled up 3 big trash bags worth of trash. I hear people speeding out of there and I see trash everywhere. These apartments are devastating to the nice area its in. Try to avoid if you don't want to deal with drama and sirens a bunch.
Nice apartments for the price good responsive maintenance. Was a nice quiet friendly building when I moved in. Very few issue other then lately they seem to let anyone in. People moved in upstairs and they just throw their trash everywhere, out side inside from the third floor off the railing to the door. Tried to call and nothing is being done about it. Hide their trash bags by my ac unit,If it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5 stars. Hold the bad tenants accountable before you lose the good ones! Or just turn it into section 8... read more
This place is beautiful but they're litter bugs in the back and doesn't bother to clean any of it up. The woods section in the back is full of diapers and other stuff. Not kid friendly back there..
Love these apartments were very beautiful and spacious , staff is very friendly and communicates greatly!!
