They called to change the appointment. I told them that I had to schedule a driver and it would not be convenient for the driver to change it. I asked them to call in the prescription for the prep to my local pharmacy. They were rude and never responded to my request for a call to the pharmacy.

I couldn’t complete my colonoscopy when I went and I made an appointment for an endoscopy but somehow it wasn’t scheduled. I had to call my primary doctor two call them. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for to days and I haven’t been able.
