Getting through the initial phone call with a foreign person who barely speaks English is impossible!! The front staff receptionist when you check in is a horrible lady rude inconsiderate and not accommodating and zero patience! Maybe she was just having a bad day but think of the person on the other side of that counter and how their day is going.
