Dr Albers examined my daughters eyes when she was 8 months old. She was very patient with her and explained everything as she went along. Will be returning for future appointments.
I have trusted my eyes to them for 30 some years.
Dr Albers got me in quickly, took the time to help me pick out frames and she actually found me contacts that I can wear post LASIK!!! So excited! Great experience!
Dr. Albers is amazing at what she does with both children and adults. The selection of kids glasses is the best in town. All of my interactions with employees at the clinic were great. They have excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
I tried to set up an appointment through the Department of Veterans Affairs Program "Care in the Community," where they pay providers in the community when the VA cannot provide care or the distance it too far from a VA facility. Vicki handled the situation so unprofessionally and with a pompous attitude immediately assuming I wanted something for free, saying "do you expect us to write this off?" I told her no that wasn't what I was asking for. She returned my call to say they would see me but NOT work with the VA at all. T... read more
