We love Huron East! They have amazing staff who make every visit comfortable and safe. They listen to our worries and concerns respectfully and take the time to reassure and explain. We definitely recommend their services!
Poor customer service and they didn't even take care of bird. They charged me extra for picking up my bird early. They were disrespectful to us. We're regular customer to them. They should have informed us the timings for pick up. The original cost was only $45 but they charged extra $28.
They are a HUGE part of rescues and have helped many of us save so many lives. Even after hours I can always count on their compassion & willingness to do everything out takes to save a life
