Unprofessional practice, I went to see Dr Satbir for a medical form signed, without properly looking at the form he refused. I was not new to the clinic and has been seeing him from last 3-4 years. When I filed a complaint he admitted that he thought I am trying to reinstate my driver’s license. Basically, did not bother to look at the form. So unprofessional..
