Cannot believe it I walked in and the place was empty only a few tables seated. They did not want to seat people because they said they were understaffed. While I was standing there, they literally turned away customers with empty seats everywhere if I was the owner of this establishment I would be furious!! Fire everyone you need a competent staff!
Place has a lot of issues. Manager comped all of our meals. Everything we ordered was wrong. One persons food wasn't even made. It was a hot mess. Best thing about this experience was the ride there. Won't be back. Sorry
Went in for dinner for Father's Day. Very disappointed spent over $150. Our teenagers food didn't arrive until the end of the meal. So she ate last after we had all completed our meals. They offered no compensation for the mishap that took over 2 hours and there were only 3-4 tables the entire time we were there. We will never go back again. Very sad and disappointed and the ceiling was coming down as well. Health hazard or health department issue. Three of the five of us are all having stomach issues.
My husband and I have been here twice. The fire burger IS a fire burger!!! Delicious!!!! Drinks were good, view was awesome, and they were open on Memorial Day. Did have to go find the waiter to get our bill but they got busy when we were ready to leave.
Every time my boyfriend and I make it out to Port Huron, this is always our dinner spot. Whether at a table inside by the windows or on the patio, it's nice watching the boat and bridge traffic while enjoying insanely good sushi! All the other good is great, too!
