I would not send my pregnant dog for the service at this location. I found out I was pregnant and started spotting and having pain so I went to the ER. At the ER I found out that I was 7 weeks pregnant, when I called that Monday to the office to report the spotting and the ER visit, there was no answer because there was no one at the desk. Chose here because I’m high risk for preterm labor and Hurley nicu is amazing but , my whole prenatal care here been horrible every ob appointment have me feeling defeated. My questions and concerns always downplayed and not properly addressed . I can’t not wait till my pregnancy is over cause I’m completely frustrated and irritated . Pregnancy is suppose to be beautiful but this clinic made it traumatic experience for me . The ultrasound center , nst center and my high risk doctor was amazing though .
I just want to make it very clear. The only thing that keeps me at this Clinic is the fact that Hurley is the number one for pediatrics and Neonatal NICU. They have the worst Patient services. The only way I’m able to get any information from the patient advocates, which have nothing to do with the actual office. They don’t answer the phone. They do not call back. OKAY I GOT DROPPED OFF AT 220 MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2:15 BY THE TIME I MADE IT UP TO THE ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR THAT TOOK 3 MINUTES I WAS 7 MINUTES LATE AND THEY WOULD NOT SEE ME I THINK THEY SHOULD INFORM PATIENTS THAT THE DOCTOR WILL NOT SEE YOU IF YOU'RE A MINUTE LATE THAT'S RIDICULOUS AND THE TOP OF THE OFF THE FRONT DESK WAS SUPER RUDE ABOUT IT.. MAKES ME NOT TO WANT TO GO BACK.. THERE IS NO SYMPATHY FOR SOMEONE THAT HAD TO GET A RIDE THERE!
Both Hurley OBGYN clinics are the absolute worst. After 7 months of pregnancy, I was unable to receive ANY ultrasounds and have had a total of 3 appointments which was blamed on my inability to be there before 9:30 am. I was transferred here against my own will and made to feel like they were doing me a favor. I have not even met my doctor, I have not discussed the birth plan or my options, I have not received a glucose test, they called me 3x within 20 minutes and canceled my appointment without even talking to me.
