Update 2025/2026: I obviously decided to come here for my second pregnancy and so far so good. Im almost to 20 weeks and they have been very good so far. The only complaint I can see is the lack of answering phone calls, but they usually answer messages on mychart quickly. I prefer "paper" trails anyway so there isn't any miscommunication. 2023: I got referred to Hurley due to being high risk. Everybody was very nice to me and my appointments got scheduled very quick. I had very minimal wait times for all my appointments and ended up needing a cerclage and Dr. Satti and I believe Dr. Hudson explained very well to me. Dr. Satti made it very clear what risks there were to get one and what the risks were to not. After the cerclage I stayed overnight and the nurses were awesome. I would not send my pregnant dog for the service at this location. I found out I was pregnant and started spotting and having pain so I went to the ER. At the ER I found out that I was 7 weeks pregnant, when I called that Monday to the office to report the spotting and the ER visit, there was no answer because there was no one at the desk. When they called me back the person that was supposed to be doing my virtual intake appointment didn’t know what she was doing and just disconnected the visit. Chose here because I’m high risk for preterm labor and Hurley nicu is amazing but , my whole prenatal care here been horrible every ob appointment have me feeling defeated. My questions and concerns always downplayed and not properly addressed . I can’t not wait till my pregnancy is over cause I’m completely frustrated and irritated . Pregnancy is suppose to be beautiful but this clinic made it traumatic experience for me . The ultrasound center , nst center and my high risk doctor was amazing though .
