Professional and helpful
I'll paint a picture of what happened this morning (Nov. 4, 2025). As always, my (former) therapist was late by 30 minutes and any other time she will cancel appointments without making a rescheduled appointment. As for today she came in hot headed, rude, and hostile. My psych doctor wanted her to fill out certain paperwork to my employer. She REFUSED. My first visit was well needed and i felt comfortable!!
Was basically refused service and lied to after deciding to go back to them for help and was told to go somewhere else without explanation just more lies to cover themselves-update they said they talked to the medical director of Hurley mental health and she said I could come back if I stayed compliant with them(which I always was before) so I told her to tell her to hell with it.
