I recently went to Hurley Urgent Care in Burton for a pre-surgical Covid test. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Thanks to Clarence Thompson P. A. and Tysheanna H. CMA for making my visit a happy one!! I would definitely return to this clinic if needed. I would highly recommend this clinic to family & friends!
very upset with this hospital they will not give me any info on my dad that in hospital when i went to see him yesterday they told me to pick a code word so i can check on my dad i gave then that they wrote it down on the board i even call when i got home to check on him today when try to find out all of sudden they wont give any info to me totally not happy right now at all
Wouldn't even give this hospital one star. Went in with my 6 month old with breathing issues and currently has bronchitis that has lasted for several weeks. Told them the symptoms and the fact that he has not stopped wheezing every night since. Doctor was more concerned with the eczema on his chest and face then his breathing. Doctor also didnt even check h in s breathing. Very disappointed with this care. They sent me home within 30 minutes of being there and told me to follow up with my primary care physician for him. They are extremely competent at charging for medical services that can be erratic, inconsistent and focused on the patients wallet, credit or cash health. If you don't like feeling well you can go here and they feel worse than you do that you are sick and have to see them.
