Dave created a ring that was exactly what I wanted. Originally, I had wanted 3 diamonds, that were bequeathed to me, mounted in my existing engagement ring. The altered ring still had to fit within the ring guard. Thankfully, Dave had me reconsider the use of my engagement ring, for sentimental reasons, and built the new ring on a plain band.
