It's been two years and we not received our videos as per Raakint contract, please live up to your obligations. It hurts so much that you are holding our precious memories hostage. We have called, emailed you numerous times. Help us so we don't bother you. You not responding is very unprofessional.
I have been waiting for my wedding video/highlights for the past 3 years. I hired Raakin for my May 2017 wedding events. October 2018 we did our engagement shoots. It is now January 2020 and I have yet to receive my highlights or the edited version of my wedding. My calls, emails and texts are all ignored. I am pleading for my videos. This is the worse company that I dealt with .. Very unprofessional and rude , plus they don’t pay on time and I will never recommend this business to anybody..
