Dr. Nguyen was the best health professional that I have ever been helped by. She was very understanding and made wonderful products available to me. I would give her 20 stars for helping me in a very personal matter. Her unique approach to healthcare still inspires me.
My mom has been going here for over 30 years. This is where she feels the most comfortable. The front desk is the worst. She had gotten a referral for a mammogram. I called the mammograms office and they notified me that they have not received any referral from this office on their end (and cannot make an appt) and notified me that I need to contact this office again. Dr. Huong is great but the employees at the front desk are HORRIBLE. I've seen them put people on hold and just talk amongst each other. Everytime I call, I'm on hold forever, so I have to come in if i need something. Very frustrating.
If there was a way to give negative stars then I would. Every single time I come i get here early and yet after my designated appointment time I end up waiting 30-40 minutes MORE. The front desk people are total ass and are extremely rude, I hear them talk rudely about other patients and if I try to confront them about the issue of waiting they just laugh between them. Not to say that the doctor especially the guy is just horrible, he prescribes be the wrong medicine and ones that he clearly knows that I'm ALLERGIC to. Don't... read more
