I never write bad reviews but I feel I need to warn everyone to stay away from Huntwood. We are so disappointed with how they have treated us as customers. The only reason I am writing this is because it has become very apparent that they don’t care about anything other than the bottom line. Our experience with Huntwood has been a nightmare. I’m an interior designer who has worked with many cabinet companies over the years and Huntwood has been the absolute best one. They provide a high level of craftsmanship and wonderful range of styles, finishes, and customization. The sales rep at the Bellevue location, Caroline, is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I ordered custom cabinets from Hunterwood and had a great overall experience. Designer Michael provided excellent service — he was very patient and truly respected my ideas and needs. I highly recommend working with him for cabinet design. The cabinets were completed earlier than expected, and although some of the follow-up services took a bit longer to schedule, they were handled very well in the end.
We are beyond thrilled with our beautiful Huntwood kitchen, bathroom, office, and laundry room cabinets. Caroline of Huntwood provided outstanding design work and services. She was so wonderful to work with and was very patient with us. We loved all of her ideas, and her attention to detail and excellence. We are so happy with everything she did, and we highly recommend Caroline and Huntwood.
