Using Huntwood Custom Cabinets allowed us to keep the charm of our unique home by allowing cabinets to be made to 1/4" of what we wanted. We had some unusual nooks and crannies to deal with that a box store couldn't accommodate. Our Huntwood representative came several times to measure and make helpful suggestions for changed. We love our new cabinets.
Our experience with Caroline Davenport-Riggs at Huntwood was wonderful!!! Caroline took our design ideas and made them even better. She paid attention to every detail, was attentive, and very easy to work with. We were also very impressed with Huntwood installers. They were professional and extremely talented craftsman. We couldn't be happier with our new Huntwood kitchen and our experience with their team. Will recommend Caroline Davenport-Riggs and Huntwood installation to all our friends.
This company doesn't care about its own customers, so don't spend tens of thousands of money with them. Our installation took 5 visits from their installers throughout 2 months time with many calls/emails. Lots of parts came incorrectly and nodody followed up, so we have to initiate the calls to them. We have done a big kitchen remodeling project and dealt with many vendors and contractors, but this is really the worst company we have experienced. If I can zero star review, I would.
Where to even start with Huntwood. Things started out great and just keep getting worse and worse....we're over 5 months into dealing with them and I don't see any end in sight. Cons: -Cabinets arrived in November and it'snow April and I'm STILL dealing with these issues.Cabinets arrived with many many defects out of thebox.
