Update on 6/26/2026 Reduce to 1 star as my concern has not been addressed, and customer managers were not being helpful. -------- Still in the process of remodeling my kitchen, and unfortunately, the experience has been far below my expectations. 1. There is no dedicated project manager overseeing the installation process from start to finish. (Finally got one after multiple back and forth call) 2. My contractor sent me there to look at cabinets. I was relieved to learn afterwards that I was sent there only to look at the color/finish, etc. I will not do business with this vendor because: 1) I don't need a vendor to roll out a red carpet for me but some kind of 'hello', acknowledgement or greeting will be nice. I got nothing. All the employees were in the back office, on their computers. I told them who my contractor was and I was there to look at cabinets. Everyone was reluctant to get out of her chair.
