Everything!!! The elevator's are always down then when they do work you have to worry it's going to drop power goes out stays out you can't get in touch with anyone it's not a place for anyone to be
I've been living here a year. I started community watch, trying to keep resident safe from both Meth & Crack dealings going on. It's seemed to slow a lot of It down.

it has meth dealers renting out people's apt to sell meth out of. The place is fifty and has very dangerous gang members running around robbing people. just the nastiest place and people I've ever seen.
The so called manager is very disrespectful to everyone who lives there and also to tenants family members
The manager here is very rude. Nothing is kept up until its time for the housing authority to come. Bugs are bad and the water is gross. The elevators break often and you will get stuck in them.
