We made a transition from another well known practice and have been so thankful we did. We absolutely love Dr. Todd! She's so sweet and personable, not what we got at the other place! So glad we made the move to Huntsville peds!
If I could give 10 stars I would!!! My daughter has been a pt for 3 years now and we always have liked HPA but today there was a little confusion this morning with a message for the advice nurse and so on.... I ended up getting a late afternoon apt and then had to pick my daughter up early with a fever and didn't have time to go home and come back... We are first time parents and absolutely love HPA! We go to Dr Todd and I just can't say enough good about her!! I'm so glad to have such great nurses and a great Dr at HPA!
Dr. Stewart is our pediatrician. We saw him late Monday afternoon. After a while, the staff left and we were still there. He kept monitoring my daughter and giving breathing treatments. We eventually ended up in the hospital. I was so grateful he took the time to hang in there for so long to try and avoid the E.R. , but when he said it was time I trusted him. We feel very blessed to have him.
HPA Front desk staff are the best. Always patient and welcoming and so friendly to my very talkative 6 year old. My daughter asks to stop by and say "Hi" to them every time we drive by the office. Lol that has to say something for a child to "want" to go to her doctor's office. Keep it up girls and thank you again.
My twins are seen by Dr. Todd, who we love. We are greeted by the sweetest girls at the front desk and The staff is phenomenal. We would recommend anyone to HPA.
Extremely disappointed! We have been going to Huntsville Pediatrics for almost 8 years and LOVE Dr Stewart. Today we took our daughter in for an 8:15 appointment and were set up with another Dr while Dr Stewart is out, this happens, no worries. It has now been over 2 hours and we are still waiting for the results for our daughter. This is unacceptable, if we make an appointment I would expect to be seen in a timely manner and not be pushed aside to wait because MY Dr and his nurse are out of the office!!
