HPA was highly recommended to us when we moved here in 2009, and my daughter has been a patient of Dr. Klemm's since then. We're lucky that she's a very healthy kid and rarely needs to be seen except for well checkups! We've always had super sweet nurses in the shot clinic, and we've always gotten top notch attention whenever we've been in the office. The nurses and docs have always been very willing to spend extra time, answering questions and addressing concerns. Thanks for providing us with wonderful, caring healthcare!
We have been patients of Dr Ellis for many years with our 4 children and now our grandson is also a patient. Dr Ellis is wonderful and we are so blessed that he is our Dr!!
We absolutely love HPA. Dr. Laue is wonderful, and so are all the other doctors we see when he is not available. The seperation of the sick and well waiting areas is great, and the fact that we can be seen on the weekend if need be. Thank you for all you do for our family!

They are wonderful! My daughter loves Dr. Laue. They are able to get same day appointments 99% of the time and we've never had to wait hours upon hours! Highly recommend!
I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate and love HPA, especially Dr. Todd and her nurses. From day one, they have always been very supportive and have always addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Todd is super friendly and professional and my family thinks very highly of her. Her nurses are amazing, too. They will go out of their way to help with whatever they can. I cannot express how pleased I am with everything and everyone at HPA, and I know my daughter is under the care of one of the best!
My family and I love HPA. Not sure where else a family could go and have access to someone on call 24/7 to return calls and provide advice not to mention office open on weekends for emergencies. Dr. Laue has been our pediatrician for nearly 11 years and I have nothing but excellent things to say about him and his staff. Over the years we have also seen the other doctors/staff and those experiences have all been positive also.
We love Dr. Laue and all the staff at HPA! We highly recommend them!
As a new mom, I was very particular about getting a pediatrician for my child. The doctors have great bed side manners; they explain everything very thoroughly without making you feel like an idiot or like you don't know your child. The wait times are short, even for last minute same day appointments and calling the nurse line. This practice has been a great fit for my family.
