A+++ no doubt!! From the 1st phone call to schedule appointment & even now, the staff goes above & beyond. As a caregiver for both of my parents, the way Gretta welcomes & treats everyone as family, smiling, young/old is comforting. The empathy is a rare quality & the appointment matters. I am not a patient of this facility however, I was on the way to a different med appt and pulled over at the Wound Care Clinic as I was starting to have a panic attack and didn't want to wreck. I walked in and asked for help and one of their employees Jennie was the kindest soul. She took me back, let me sit in her office with her, and made me feel a hundred times better and helped me calm down until my husband could meet me there. And all on HER Birthday! What an outstanding place! I can’t stress enough how amazing this place truly is! Even when I wasn’t able to see Dr. Eckard, Lindsay stepped in and went above and beyond. Everyone was always so kind, but she took extra steps to make sure I had the proper footwear to prevent my injury from happening again. What an amazing and beautiful person inside and out! All of them! And easy fellas. Lindsay is married. I asked. What a lucky guy!
I cannot express enough, the gratitude I have for the Hunts. Wound Clinic . I went to two different doctors for wound care, but things got worse. A friend suggested the Wound Clinic, so I made an appointment. I was taken back by the sincere personal attention I received. The entire staff, including the two receptionist, was beyond any medical attention I’ve ever received. The nurses and Dr. Lindsey made quite an impression on me.
