I had some of the best people taking care of me. From the ER to surgery to recovery and my room. So many that made my stay as comfortable as it could be. Mary-ER- B unit was wonderful. Collin in post op, and Kim my nurse in my room. There were many more but i spent more time with these 3. Thank you for taking care of me.
The staff on the 3rd floor heart lab area was wonderful-every single person who provided any care for me. I have only the best things to say about them. Lower rating was because of the restroom situation in the recovery rooms-none except walking out into the hall. The sinks in the recovery rooms are located where a paper towel dispenser is over them-it’s impossible to brush your teeth or even Hope to wash your face, and there is no mirror to check your appearance.
