I called to discuss a bill I received from Huntsville Anesthesiology Consultants. I had the great misfortune to speak with a customer service representative who was the most disrespectful person I have ever talked with. In all fairness to Tanya, the CSR, she is obviously in need of a day off or to be terminated. (I sincerely hope my conversation with her was recorded.)
