Dr. Marcus Monroe is clearly a stellar human being and physician. His calm demeanor completely puts me at ease, even when he is feeding a scope down my nose/throat. He is patient and kind, never in a hurry and explains his exam findings to me in detail and in language that I can understand. It is obvious he cares a great deal about his patients and I am so grateful he is part of my care team at HCI.
