RecommendedThis real photography store with qualified sales associates who actually know photography, many attend or have attended photography schools, and work as photographers - something you do not always find at national chain department stores.
They have always bent over backwards to help me out either with an easily solved problem or one that needed to be sent out. They are very knowledgeable!
It’s a great shop and the staff are always wonderful. Never talk down to you which is very nice since not all of us are pros or know what we are doing. Big kudos to Harper & Cameron for help in getting my bed bag. The Wandrd Prvke is amazing! I love it!!!

Very helpful staff! I ended up spending less than I expected, after they suggested a refurbished item which was in stock, instead of waiting until Monday for a new item.
Thank you to Hunt's for helping me solve a problem with my Canon EOS 70D's sensor while I was vacationing in NH. Caroline and Kevin were both friendly and eager to help. Kevin's knew exactly which sensor cleaning kit would work for my camera and I was back on my way within a few minutes. My sensor is now free of the pesky dust spot!
Though the staff are all much more knowledgeable than I, they never speak down to me. Leonard walked me through several camera options after finding out my needs. He was very patient with all my questions and never pressured me for the purchase. I appreciate how friendly, professional and helpful the entire staff is.
Excellent customer service. Acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the door, even though they were busy and there were others in front of me, I heard "Hello! I will be with you just as soon as I can." Instead of a sour look on his face because he was clearly SWAMPED, he was friendly and inviting. When it was turn for service, he cleaned my camera (I thought it needed repair!) and sent me on my way. I tried to pay, and he said "All I did was clean off some dust." Not a big deal to him, but huge to me. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
