Giving this review a 2 star based on the most recent owner. Living at this property the management switched from 4 different owners in 4 years so that speaks for itself. It was a decent experience and now I believe its more section 8 based on the treatment at the end of my tenure. I had a few maintenance issues arise, timely yet inadequate on the follow through. Heat during the winter wasn't working in my flat so I checked with other tenants to see if they had heat, mine was the only one not working. Management blamed me for... read more
My time here at Huntley ridge was great and kid friendly. Kathleen the property manager definitely got things handled in a timely fashion and very understanding when you communicate with her. I’d recommend living here to anyone!!
Kathleen is exceptional ! Loved working with her throughout the entire process and can’t wait to move in . She went above and beyond to help and I am so grateful for her ! Great property manager !
If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious really nice apartment I highly recommend Huntley Ridge apartments they are really nice & cozy a the rooms are so spacious I love it
I've worked in Corporate Housing for a while, and working with Kathleen here at Huntley Ridge has been nothing short of excellent. She was responsive, helpful, and accommodating in every way. Pulled some strings to accommodate, even. In my opinion, the landlord/property manager will make or break your living situation. Rest assured, you're in great hands with Kathleen!
