Giving this review a 2-star based on the most recent owner. Living at this property the management switched from 4 different owners in 4 years so that speaks for itself. It was a decent experience and now I believe it's more section 8 based on the treatment at the end of my tenure. I had a few maintenance issues arise, timely yet inadequate on the follow through. Heat during the winter wasn't working in my flat so I checked with other tenants to see if they had heat, mine was the only one not working. Management blamed me fo... read more
Door was kicked in while I wasn’t there almost immediately after signing lease. Management was aware of it and did not tell me anything, no police report or anything. They instead replaced the door without telling me, thinking I would not notice and proceeded to ignore me. The people in these buildings belong in a jungle. I would recommend a homeless shelter or living in your car before ever living there, don’t believe the reviews because they’re outdated and clearly the bad reviews are all being filtered/hidden. My time here at Huntley ridge was great and kid friendly. Kathleen the property manager definitely got things handled in a timely fashion and very understanding when you communicate with her. I’d recommend living here to anyone!!
