NEW UPDATE.... we are starting our 3rd year here! Whitney helped me renew my lease, she is wonderful to work with! We really enjoy living here, Kevin and John take great care of everything. It is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, some have been here as long or longer than we have. My patio overlooks a parklike setting. I especially like all the areas for walking. This is an updated comment on my second year here! Management change in the leasing office has made a wonderful difference! Whitney is amazing and so is that office staff! We love John from maintenance and Dave! We love the community in which we live! It’s clean, pet, and kid friendly! I feel safe and secure!! This is a great place to live and one you will love! The leasing manager and staff at Huntley Manor are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They tried to charge us an extra month of rent claiming we never disclosed it was a short-term lease, which is false. We clearly communicated that from the beginning. Because of their internal mismanagement and failure to communicate during a manager transition, they created a problem and then tried to make us pay for it. John responded quickly and remedied the furnace issue I reported quite efficiently- plus noted an additional item that he attended to while here. It’s reassuring to know that staff is always nearby to lend a hand.
We recently moved to this apartment complex and have loved our experience so far. Lilliana and Imani made our moving in process easy and convenient, and a big shoutout to John for addressing maintenance requests promptly.
