This is a very quiet well kept community! Maintenance responds quick, they are professional and nice. The front desk staff change often but maybe that’s the time we are living in. Maintenance man Jon is amazing he speaks all the time, engages with the pups, and helps the community have a neighborly feel! He always has a pleasant attitude when he comes to fix things in the apartment and responds quick!
I have lived in here during 5 years. At first monthly pay started from $2,400. This year it changed to $2,740. No negociable. I need to notice extend or close lent 2 months before the end day. Other wise I need to pay penalty. If I switch monthly contract I need pay $ 500 more than yearly contract.
Kevin and John are amazing. Their help was above and beyond what was expected!
