The reality is your rent is going to go up and we checked with the city of Novi and there are NO❗️❗️caps. The city does NOT set limits on being priced out of an apartment complex? so by the time you’re done unfortunately you could be paying $3500 a month for a two bedroom if you stay three years the most important thing that was disappointing was it is NOT a gated community on the side of the complex people simply just walk-through. After one month living in the Huntley Manor community, I can honestly say it has exceeded expectations on all fronts. Whitney did an amazing job finding the right unit for us and our dog to enjoy. She was professional, understanding, and genuine every step of the way. The apartment itself is great. Very spacious and quiet with updated features and surrounded by nature.
