I enjoyed living here last year. But since moving out, I cannot get a call back from anyone to explain the final decision on withholding our security deposit. I have called most days for weeks and weeks, emailed, etc. I am repeatedly told Whitney is in a meeting. I leave my contact info every time and never receive a call back. I’d prefer to not leave a review to help an issue get resolved but I am not sure what else might lead to a necessary conversation.
I moved into the community a month ago. The determining factor that lead me to lease were the ladies in the leasing office! Upon inspection of my apartment, I had the opportunity to meet Jon our maintenance worker who assisted with the repairs that were needed. I appreciate the friendliness and courtesy! So far, I love it here!
A very child friendly community. Peaceful place.Community is well managed.
Jon is a really good guy! He is always so kind to my dog, and my dog loves seeing him. You can always tell he's a genuinely good person!
James was great help. We came for a second tour.Laura was phenomenal in every aspect. Great customer service. Caring, and genuine. Laura went above and beyond to ensure my family s application was completed. Amazing team to have as management. Beautiful community. Would highly recommend.
