Not even ONE STAR is the rating they deserve. Apartment was NOT READY FOR MOVE-IN until 6 months AFTER I had been paying rent there. I spent the first 5 months calling for maintenance, calling for repairs. Their maintenance team, unlike every other apartment complex where I've ever lived, does NOT allow tenants to request maintenance and schedule it for a convenient time. They just show up whenever they like, barge in, and complain if they have gotten tenant out of bed in the morning... they don't care if tenant works ni... read more
In the midst of this covid19 pandemic looking for a new place for my older mother was challenging but Mr. Luther made the experience very pleasant was us, he was very helpful, contacted me back swiftly and followed through on his end with everything! We appreciate you Sir, you did a great job and the office people were just as amazing thank you all! She loves we all LOVE the spot BTW!!

Very friendly people working for this company! Luther has helped me find two properties from this company. Any issues or concerns I had that have been address with my landlord, Dara, have been taken care of within a timely fashion! Very great people that work with you to get what you need done.
Going into our 4th year renting from Stewart Langley, in our 2nd property now. Our new apartment in Kendal Square is wonderful, very spacious, and in a great area. Would highly recommend renting from Stewart Langley
Used to enjoy living here because of its affordability and quick access to a swimming pool, however rent has increased yearly to now almost $800 for just a 2 bedroom, making it no longer worth the money to live here. Additionally, my electric bill is always twice that of my friends who live in other apartment complexes nearby, despite me being very energy-conscious.
