Hope you don't ave my experience – My wife recently had her Breast Augmentation done at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery center and Dr. Jed Horowitz did a great job!! However the surgery center leaves something to be desired. I was not allowed to see my wife while in the recovery room until it was time for her to be released. When I asked why, Kim the front desk receptionist stated that it would be a HIPPA violation because there was another patient in the recovery room.
