Unfortunately they lied to me and said they used my employee pricing for the Cap price and I didn’t check and trusted them..they charged me 2k over sticker…never trust them again…Keith said it was the finance guy…It’s a shame because this was my 2nd lease from them…thought they were different
Absolutely HORRIFIC experience! I should have listened to others when they said how AWFUL the Huntington dealership and service department is. When I bought my car from Huntington Jeep dealership I was advised that I had a 100,000 mile power train warranty. When I arrived at the service center last month they told me that my warranty was only for 60,000 miles (which was false!) however, I needed to still do the diagnostic test since my service engine light was on. They bought out my lease in exchange for a new lease and a payment was pulled on my old jeep before they paid it off. I’ve been in touch with Keith since January with no resolve. Scott from finance has not returned my calls, or reached out to him since I initially spoke to him weeks ago. They only offer good customer service to get their 5 star survey $ and then they could care less. Very unprofessional and frustrating for a Jeep customer of 10+ years.
