Could not recommend a place less. Made an appointment for 10:30 on Saturday for a repair. Drove my 10 month old and 3 year old out early in the morning, 1.5 hours to get here. Was told the person who made the appointment made a mistake and they’re sorry, no one can help me. An absolute joke. Go anywhere else
Purchased my vehicle from their excellent sales department. Helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
Update-Don’t trust them. Check your paperwork 3x over…change from 5 stars to 1…. Well I went back for a new lease after a great experience leasing with them and they straight up ripped me off and then proceeded to lie to me… So disappointed, can’t trust anyone these days. Would never recommend them. Check your cap price before you leave they put 2k extra on mine OVER sticker when it was supposed to be 1% below..never go lease when in a rush….expensive lesson learned…
(The Salvators) - I leased a brand new Jeep from this dealership just a few months ago, excited about my purchase—only for it to break down less than a month later. The Jeep sat in their service department for over a month, and I was repeatedly told it would be ready by certain dates, only to face delay after delay. Service department is a nightmare. The staff blatantly tried to take advantage of a problem that two subsequent independent mechanics verified as non existent. They tried to hit me and Car Shield for over $1000 for work that did not need to be done. They are either incompetent or criminals.
