Service department advisor Nisa Thompson completely changed my view on dealership service. I’ve had several bad experiences with other dealers around NY. The level of service got, and care I felt from Nisa gives me hope. I live far from Huntington, but I will make the trip and exclusively come to this dealer for my jeeps from now on.

(The Salvators) - I leased a brand new Jeep from this dealership just a few months ago, excited about my purchase—only for it to break down less than a month later. The Jeep sat in their service department for over a month, and I was repeatedly told it would be ready by certain dates, only to face delay after delay. Sales department is okay. I bought my Rubicon from Joel and Bob. The service department gets an F. My Rubicon's paint bubbled and peeled just like the other 300,000 Jeeps across the country that have been repaired under warranty. I opened a warranty claim and was told by my service advisor (heavy young woman no longer there) that i'd have to leave my Jeep for 2 days to get an estimate and then bring it back for the repair which takes up to 6 weeks with no loaner. I purchased a used Ram 1500 and all I can say is they were very easy, helpful and willing to meet my requests when I walked in to buy the truck . I highly recommend them and would also say the sales manager BOB KRAVITS was extremely helpful, and treated me with respect and courtesy he answered my concerns and always got back to me . He made my experience even better knowing he was reliable to stay in touch with me he is one of the key men there Thank you again BOB KRAVITS

Went to the dealership yesterday, was seated at the table about to sign a jeep lease, when the sales rep said that I didn’t qualify for the “first responder” credit. He asked, “how were you a first responder?” I explained and was told that as an Investigator with the Office of Chief Medical Examiner and bonafid first responder, I DID NOT QUALIFY!!! Imagine the insult??? DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!! We walked out!!
