Huntington Pointe Apartments has exposed tenants to cockroach infestations, mold, and now a confirmed bed bug outbreak. As a disabled resident, I requested ADA accommodations and was met with retaliation, including 3-day notices and ignored safety concerns. This is federally subsidized housing, and these conditions are unacceptable. A civil lawsuit is active and the California Civil Rights Department is investigating.
I have a bad experience to Ms Fabiola giving an answer a negative responded on the fon and hang up since we talk and scheduled about the apartment protocol a week ago but she told me she forgot what we talk about our appointment, it’s make me upset the way she talk because she is rude to me..
5 stars Cesar, the new maintenance man, is one of the hardest-working maintenance guys I’ve seen on this property. I’m a caretaker for one of the residents, and ever since he started, you can truly see the difference around here. He’s always out and about — whether it’s cleaning, fixing, or making improvements — and he does it all with a great attitude. I'm really impressed with this apartment complex. I locate apartments for my clients sometimes and this place is clean and well managed and has a good mix of apartments. The manager Fabeola was very helpful and I will surely recommend.
