5 stars Cesar, the new maintenance man, is one of the hardest-working maintenance guys I’ve seen on this property. I’m a caretaker for one of the residents, and ever since he started, you can truly see the difference around here. He’s always out and about — whether it’s cleaning, fixing, or making improvements — and he does it all with a great attitude. I'm really impressed with this apartment complex. I locate apartments for my clients sometimes and this place is clean and well managed and has a good mix of apartments. The manager Fabeola was very helpful and I will surely recommend.
If I could put a -5 , I WOULD .
UNINVITING AND RUDE I don't live in these apartments, but I went to their leasing office to see if I could get some prices. I parked on the 24-hour visitor parking spot and walked into the apartment complex on the side next to those parkings, when I got to the leasing office, the manager on site treated me like a trespasser. Kept rudely asking me how I even got in. And kept rolling her eyes at me. Then after I asked her if I could get some prices on apartments she said that she didn't have the time to do that for me.
