Was phenomenal for the first six months until disruptive and smelly maintenance began directly above my unit, especially above my bedroom without any type of notification. Even after I was told I’d be notified in the future, I was not. This maintenance begins around 8am and also fills the entire apartment with a noxious chemical stench that forces me to leave for some time. Nothing like unpleasant living conditions.
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment here. The few work orders I placed within the year I lived there were done quick and efficiently. The grounds were always well maintained and the quick access to the rail trail was very convenient for walking my dog and running. Living with multiple people, having a dishwasher in the apartment was a defiantly was blessing. The apartments are spacious and we really enjoyed living there.
Horrible no respect for there tenants.. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU DO EXPECT TO HAVE PROBLEMS TO MANY TO LIST!!!!

It's Home <3 First of All; That's why I Love Huntington Place - - When first arriving to Bay City it was the only place within my means that captured my attention; the only place I envisioned myself. I fondly call it "The Shire"; while there are far more professionals living that what you may have expected - - THE AIR BREATHED HERE is VERY WARM-FELT; MUCH LIKE MIDDLE EARTH - - IT'S HOME :)
