Yeah this place sucks. Have placed multiple maintenance requests since moving in last year and not one was responded to. Went in person to office multiple times to set up maintenance and still was left unanswered and no maintenance ever showed up. Not to mention they never answer the office phone every single time I've called they send it to voicemail. This place is disgusting and a joke. Cannot wait to move out. We moved in in february. And there is not been any assistance in any maintenance request at all. We submitted them in person, online and over the phone. With no answer. And apparently there is an ever changing app. We have seen roaches and mice, our tub faucet leaked, recently the last month discovered that our air conditioning doesn't work right now. And it's been over 100. And we've been getting heat illness. Not to mentioned I opened a cabinet door and it fell on me. I've lived in some horrible places. But this takes the ... read more
This place has turned around a lot and has helped my living accommodation. While there may be troublesome neighbors they have worked hard to keep the good folk around.
