Do not move here. The complex appears very nice on first impression. Especially since it is gated and there are garages available. BUT, these apartments are of poor quality and are incredibly expensive for how little you get. I had the same experience as the review below. Now managed by Case & Associates. The worst apartment management company I have ever done business with. These apartments had issues before they were sold to Case & Associates. So it's an even worse situation than before. The resident standards have gone down and riffraff are now invading this community. Also, the apartments have major structural issues. If you're thinking of moving into a Case & Associates apartment, I would strongly encourage against it. We've had stuff missing after maintenance was here (then called liars when reported) , there is never parking unless you want to pay $75 a month, the hard water they use to water the grass will ruin your paint on your car and no matter how much you clean after your lease is up, you will NOT get your deposit back. Over priced and poorly built.
This place is not worth the rent you pay for it. The neighbors complain of noise when there is no noise to complain about. The office girls are rude and disrespectful. Our front door lock decided not to work one day out of the blue after living here barely a month. Dog feces is never picked up.
extremely rude workers, will not return calls. walls are paper thin. dog poop everywhere you step and hardly ever parking spots in front of your building due to other tenants guest parking in your spot. my door knob once fell off. you can hear people taking a shower in the apartment next to you. My lease is up in one month and I couldn't be happier. I have been less than pleased with Acacia Park Apartments. First off, the management/front office team is horrible. They are rude, sassy, and not really involved with the complex. Than there's maintenance. I have had to get fixed quite a few things since living here (hot water needed to be replaced, dishwasher was broken upon move in, broken pipe in bathroom wall). BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU FILL OUT YOUR APT FORM WHEN MOVING IN AND CHECK EVERYTHING AND THEN WHEN YOU DO THE WALK THRU, THEY WILL TRY TO STICK YOU WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WHEN YOU MOVED IN, I HAVE TWO GIRLS THAT LIVED ABOVE ME AND HAD PARTIES ALL HOURS AND MADE SO MUCH NOISE, BUT ONE TIME MY SON MADE SOME NOISE THEY THREW A FIT AND THREATNED TO EVICT ME.
There is a woman there by the name of Ashley who is incompetent, short fused, and likes to treat people like dirt. I would not rent from this apartment complex. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She was short, she hung up on me multiple times when I had a few simple questions about my rent. In November, my family needed a 3 month lease between homes. Initially, Newport appeared to be the best option, even if it was the most expensive. We were extremely disappointed with all aspects of the apartment, from appearance to customer service.
