This place is poorly run and I feel like they take advantage of the people living there. My mother lives there and they have been doing some work to her building for nearly 10 months( maybe longer). She has to live with almost daily jack hammering and men going up and down scaffolding outside her condo. Now they are working on the lanais and they are boarding up their sliding doors and all access to sunlight. They expect the elderly residents to clear their lanais of all furniture and ceiling fans. After all the money , millions that were spent on "clubhouse" did anyone think maybe a restaurant/cafe would be a great idea and would make some money for the association... No instead there are about ten employees doing nothing at any given time.. its a worthless use of a property.

I would highly recommend not renting or buying in any development that Castle Group manages. We bought a condo in Delray Beach as a investment. Between Castle Groups very poor communication & management skills and the HOA we are selling our investment condo. Stay away from Castle Group and Huntington Lakes. I'm a multi business owner and have never, ever thought about putting up a bad review for any business.
